Responsibilities of the Platform (YouFIX):


  • Providing the Platform: We are responsible for providing the YouFIX platform, which connects contractors with clients and facilitates communication between the parties.
  • Facilitating Payment Processing: We handle the secure processing of payments through escrow services, ensuring funds are held until the project is completed to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Customer Support: We provide support for any issues relating to the use of our platform, including assistance with billing, account management, and technical support.
  • Dispute Resolution: If any disputes arise between the contractor and client, we provide a platform for mediation to help resolve issues fairly and efficiently.
  • Maintaining Security and Privacy: We are responsible for ensuring that user data, financial information, and communications are secure and comply with relevant privacy laws.

Responsibilities of the Contractor:


  • Providing Services: The contractor is responsible for completing the agreed-upon services, as specified in the project agreement, within the timeframe and to the quality standards agreed upon with the client.
  • Communication with Clients: The contractor must maintain clear and timely communication with the client, updating them on progress and addressing any concerns that arise during the course of the project.
  • Ensuring Legal Compliance: The contractor is responsible for ensuring that they hold the necessary licenses, insurance, and certifications required to perform the work in their jurisdiction.
  • Delivering Work on Time: The contractor is responsible for meeting the project deadlines and ensuring that the client’s expectations are met or exceeded.
